Understanding the science and beauty of coffee is a long road. Luckily, we’ve known coffee for literally our entire lives.

This doesn’t mean we’re ever going to settle with what we already know. No… It motivates us to keep innovating as coffee producers to keep the tradition going!

In the last months, we’ve invested our time in perfecting our processes, improving our yields and making our farms the best microclimates for the greatest coffees to grow. These are the things we can control, as there are others we can’t. Fortunately, we have received great amounts of rain, and our trees are starting to show the cutest green cherries after a wonderful blooming season.

We continue to check on our farms almost daily, observing the progress of the harvest, and tending to things that might come up. We’re looking out for pests and diseases and measuring our tree’s nutrition, to make sure you can enjoy a great cup of coffee by the end of the year or in 2022.
